Who is Brian O'Loughlin?


O'Loughlin comes with a unique blend of legal, clinical, and operational expertise, having previously served as Deputy Attorney General in New Jersey. His background also includes work as an auditor and fraud investigator at Qlarant, one of the largest Medicare Unified Program Integrity Contractors (UPICs). His comprehensive knowledge encompasses Medicare audit standards, fraud detection, and various regulations, making him an invaluable asset to the firm.

Having spent years analyzing claims and medical documentation, O'Loughlin has developed keen insights into identifying patterns of fraud, waste, and abuse within healthcare billing.
