Hamadi's promotion comes after his tenure as Vice President of Kennametal's Value Creation Systems. Faisal Hamadi's Background



Faisal Hamadi, who joined Kennametal in July 2024, brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role at Eaton Corporation, where he worked for 17 years in progressively larger positions. His last role at Eaton was as General Manager of a $600 million aerospace business segment, which catered to major airlines and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) around the world and was supported by over 1,000 employees.

Chowbey elaborated on Hamadi’s impressive track record, stating that his extensive experience in commercial operations and general management makes him well-equipped to lead the Infrastructure segment. "His strategic thinking and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in driving growth and improving our operations," added Chowbey.

Goals and Responsibilities



As President of the Infrastructure segment, Hamadi will have complete oversight of the global business operations, including strategy implementation, enhancement of operational excellence, and driving profitable growth. His existing responsibilities in Value Creation Systems will be integrated into this new role, aligning business operations with continuous improvement efforts across Kennametal.
