A Wealth of Experience
Most notably, McLachlan has held influential roles in well-known companies such as Vonage and Broadvoice. At Vonage, she excelled as the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales for the company's Application division, where she successfully orchestrated global sales strategies that significantly increased the company’s market presence. Prior to her time at Vonage, she made her mark at Broadvoice, revolutionizing their revenue growth approach by enhancing the company's channel strategy as well as implementing technology-driven programs that stimulated both growth and profit margin enhancement.
In her new role at Bandwidth, McLachlan will take charge of the global revenue organization, overseeing enterprise sales, channel and partner strategy, account management, and solutions engineering. Her primary focus will be on elevating Bandwidth’s direct-to-enterprise initiatives, strengthening strategic partnerships, and promoting the wider use of Bandwidth's AI-driven Communications Cloud.
