About the Chef
Yuuji Takahashi, the Executive Pastry Chef at The Strings Omotesando, has a long-standing passion for creating desserts. After graduating from a culinary school, he honed his skills in bakery and pastry at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu for five years. His career continued at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, where he worked as a junior sous chef before taking the helm at The Strings Omotesando in May 2017. His approach to dessert-making emphasizes not only flavor but also design, ensuring that each creation is an experience to be enjoyed visually and gastronomically.
