From November 19 to 21, 2025, the Japan Home Show and Building Show will be hosted at Tokyo Big Sight, an event organized by the Japan Management Association (JMA). This remarkable gathering combines three significant exhibitions focusing on architecture and interior design. It aims to bring together over 600 exhibitors and expects more than 27,000 attendees, making it a prime opportunity to explore the latest innovations and trends.

As Japan's largest housing and architecture exhibition, the 2025 event marks its 47th anniversary. Visitors can discover a diverse range of cutting-edge products, including building materials, fixtures, interiors, and DX innovations that hint toward the future of housing. Topics like environmental sustainability, labor shortages, and enhancements to everyday living are all addressed through the showcased innovations. Furthermore, the 20th anniversary of the Hometown Building Material and Furniture Expo will see participation from 12 local municipalities, providing a unique viewpoint on regional products. During the event, approximately 50 seminars and lectures, including presentations by renowned architects such as Terunobu Fujimori and Itsuko Hasegawa, will further enrich the visitor experience with insights into modern living and architecture combined with advanced AI sessions.

2. JAPANTEX 2025 Interior Trend Show


Now in its 44th edition, JAPANTEX focuses on the theme "Crafting Happiness through Interior Spaces - Objects and Ideas that Color the Future." This exhibition provides an extensive showcase of high-design interior products, with seminars featuring trendsetters offering invaluable business insights unique to the event. Notably, an initiative promoting sustainability involves recycling flooring materials used throughout the venue. Additionally, the event will feature the "Windows Paradise" area, which will present a space designed around the theme of the narratives that celebrate human experiences with their surroundings.

3. Asia Furniture Fair 2025


For its 10th iteration, the Asia Furniture Fair (AFF) gathers a rich array of international furniture and interior brands from across Asia. This year's exhibition will host about 140 companies from Japan and countries including China, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Vietnam, with a sizable portion of participants being international businesses. Visitors can immerse themselves in an Asian ambiance while experiencing the latest trends and innovations in furniture and interior design.
