Purpose and Goals
The
'Takibi Bar' seeks to address a growing concern in today’s work culture. As remote work and digitalization shape our interactions, opportunities for face-to-face conversations are diminishing. Traditionally, campfires have provided a natural setting for dialogue, drawing people together and facilitating open exchanges. By leveraging this ancient gathering element, the event aims to create an environment that fosters psychological safety and genuine connection.
Key objectives include:
- - Providing insights into what it means to work in a human-centered manner.
- - Continuously creating spaces for dialogue through regular meetings post this kick-off event.
- - Facilitating interaction between professionals from various companies and fields to promote community formation.
Event Highlights
Attendees can look forward to:
- - Authentic Campfire Experience: Participants will have a chance to experience a real campfire while surrounded by the urban landscape of Otemachi, utilizing real wood logs for the fire.
- - Facilitated Dialogue: Relaxing around the flames encourages participants to let their guard down, leading to more authentic discussions filled with insights and discoveries.
- - Community Building: Bringing together individuals from HR, management, and open innovation sectors fosters a diverse networking environment, away from the pressures of corporate dynamics.
