This exclusive menu, in collaboration with Japan Ham, aims to delight patrons with a unique flavor derived from the rich blessings of Japan's snowy regions.

A Taste to Remember

The 'Kuni-san Yuki Kuni Raised Roast Cutlet' stands out due to the high-quality pork sourced from northern Japan, specifically from Hokkaido, Aomori, Iwate, and Akita prefectures. These areas are known for their pristine air and clean water, creating the perfect environment for raising livestock. The pork is celebrated for its tenderness, with a fat that delivers a subtle sweetness, making every bite memorable.

Pork products are shipped promptly, typically arriving at Matsuya Foods' factory about six days post-processing, ensuring maximum freshness. This special cutlet is crafted to highlight the juicy flavors and umami typically found in domestically sourced pork.

In addition to the traditional roast cutlet, diners have the chance to compare the Kuni-san Yuki Kuni version with the classic roast cutlet.
