Meghan Donelon embarked on her banking career with IBERIABANK back in 2008. Starting as an intern, she quickly transitioned into the Management Training Program in 2009. Over the years, she excelled in various positions, becoming a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in New Orleans. There, she made significant strides in forming robust client relationships and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
In 2020, she shifted to Dallas, Texas, where she assumed the role of Commercial Banking Group Manager, leading a high-performing team and facilitating impressive business growth in the area. Donelon's capabilities as a leader were further showcased when she became the Market President for Red River Bank in 2021, cementing her position as a vital player in the financial landscape of New Orleans once again.
