Cyble, a pioneering firm in AI-driven cybersecurity, has taken a significant step to enhance its market presence in the United States by appointing Steve Ingram as Executive Vice President for the region. This appointment comes at a pivotal time as the demand for advanced cybersecurity solutions continues to grow, particularly in the wake of rising cyber threats across various industries.
Steve Ingram brings a wealth of experience to Cyble, having served in critical cybersecurity roles at major organizations such as EY and PwC. His expertise spans multiple decades and includes areas such as risk management and corporate leadership. Ingram most recently held the position of Head of Cybersecurity for Financial Services at EY in the Americas, where he was instrumental in driving growth and transformation within the cybersecurity division to cater to clients in the financial sector. Prior to his time at EY, he spent 15 years at PwC as a partner, where he led the Cybersecurity practice for the Asia-Pacific region, demonstrating his hands-on leadership in a critical area of business.
Ingram's career also includes experience with the Australian Federal Police, highlighting his deep understanding of cybersecurity from both a corporate and law enforcement perspective. This unique combination of skills makes him a valuable asset to Cyble as it seeks to bolster its operations in the U.S. market.
Ingram's move from an advisory role to a hands-on operational position signifies a strong commitment by Cyble to expand its business in the U.S. He previously served on Cyble's Advisory Board for two years, providing guidance as the company developed its product offerings and grew its international footprint. His transition into an executive role exemplifies the company’s ambition to solidify its standing in one of the largest cybersecurity markets globally.
"Steve has been a trusted advisor to Cyble for the past two years, and we are thrilled to welcome him as our Executive Vice President for the U.S.," stated Beenu Arora, co-founder and CEO of Cyble. The U.S. represents a significant opportunity for Cyble, and I am excited to take on operational responsibilities, working directly with the team, clients, and partners to help develop our business in the U.S."
