Dominic will present three exclusive signature cocktails that reflect the essence of the Jazz Age, each named after Fitzgerald's short stories:

1. Camel's Back - Drawing inspiration from the humorous and dramatic pursuit of love and happiness depicted in the short story, this cocktail features tequila complemented by ginger and citrus flavors, finished in a style akin to a Tequila Back. It delivers a refreshing taste with the unique bitterness of burdock root adding depth.

2. Gemina - This cocktail narrates a love story intertwined with rivalry among whiskey distilleries. A classic Old Fashioned is elevated with syrup reminiscent of Mitarashi, combined with chocolate bitters, capturing a complex flavor that balances sweetness with bitterness, reflecting the intricate emotions of the tale.

3. Oh, Lasset Witch! - A vibrant representation of the contrast between an exciting life and mundane routines illustrated in the story. This drink blends whiskey and coffee in an Irish coffee style, garnished with raspberry powder, evoking the fiery spirit of its red-haired protagonist.
