The star of this event is the renowned Nishio matcha sourced from Aichi Prefecture, cherished by our Chef Patissier Santus Antoine. After an inspiring visit to the region, Chef Antoine fell in love with Nishio's matcha for its unique sweetness, umami, and slight bitterness—a culinary treasure that he incorporates into his signature desserts.
