Exciting New Yogurt Options from Cooperative Dairy
On September 29, 2025, Cooperative Dairy Co., Ltd. will launch two new yogurt products designed to elevate the taste experience:
Nokyo Shinshu Azumino Drinkable Yogurt and
Nokyo Creamy Yogurt Cups (70g x 3). Utilizing 100% domestic ingredients, these products emphasize the natural flavors and quality that are the hallmarks of the Nokyo brand.
Nokyo Shinshu Azumino Drinkable Yogurt
The flagship offering, Nokyo Shinshu Azumino Drinkable Yogurt, contains 70% Shinshu milk combined with domestically sourced cream. This drinkable yogurt boasts a rich, fresh taste that captures the essence of freshly squeezed dairy. To provide a smooth and gentle mouthfeel, the sweetness is derived solely from wasanbon sugar, resulting in a light yet satisfying flavor.
Additionally, this product features the unique
11/19-B1 lactic acid bacteria, discovered by researchers at the University of Tokyo, adding a healthful benefit to its delicious taste. Packaged in a specially designed light-resistant container, the yogurt maintains its flavor integrity until the very last sip.
Nokyo Creamy Yogurt Cups (70g x 3)
The second product, using the same high-quality Shinshu milk and cream, is the
Nokyo Creamy Yogurt Cups. Crafted for a thick and creamy experience, this yogurt also employs wasanbon sugar to create a taste that strikes a balance between richness and a clean sweetness. Each trio of individual cups is ideal for families, making it easy for everyone—children and adults alike—to share in this delightful treat.
A Commitment to Quality
Both products reflect Cooperative Dairy's dedication to using 100% domestic ingredients, excluding certain lactic acid bacteria not listed. The Nokyo series stands as a bridge of trust between producers and consumers, aiming to deliver products that everyone can enjoy. The company encourages families and friends to savor these yogurts as part of their daily breakfast or dessert routine.
