Delta Electronics Showcases Container-Style ESS at Battery Japan 2026
Delta Electronics Inc., based in Minato, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce its participation in the upcoming "20th International Secondary Battery Expo (Battery Japan)" from March 17 to 19, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.
At this expo, Delta will present a range of innovative energy storage solutions catering to various applications. Notably, they will debut their all-in-one 20ft container-style energy storage solution, known as the "U Series," boasting a storage capacity of 5MWh per container. Additionally, the real-sized demonstration of the "PCS3000"—a high-output, high-efficiency power conditioning system—will showcase Delta's commitment to advanced energy technologies. Attendees will also see the popular cabinet-style energy storage solutions designed for industrial and commercial use, available in the "C Series" (AC Link) and "C+ Series" (DC Link). These will be presented in configurations simulating real-world implementation, illustrating the scale, design philosophy, and flexible integration capabilities of Delta's energy storage systems.
Increasing Demand for Reliable Energy Storage Solutions
As renewable energy adoption surges alongside a need for stable power supply, there is a rising demand for energy storage systems that excel in safety, efficiency, and scalability. Delta's energy storage solutions are built on years of expertise in power conversion technology, control technology, and system integration know-how, forming a comprehensive energy platform capable of adapting to various applications and market demands—from industrial use to renewable energy integration. The exhibition aims to provide attendees a hands-on experience of these operational energy storage solutions, highlighted by the unprecedented real-sized container display.
Understanding Japan's Market Needs
Focusing on the Japanese market, the "C Series" models have been tailored to comply with various subsidy programs and safety standards. In conjunction with the same platform, Delta has collaborated with Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd. to create the "FBESS," designed specifically for domestic applications and has received positive feedback since its announcement in February 2026. During the exhibition, Furukawa Battery representatives will also be present at Delta's booth to engage with visitors.
We warmly invite everyone to visit our booth and explore these cutting-edge solutions that are set to revolutionize energy storage in Japan.
