Introduction to TOKYO FOOD LAB
On August 6, 2026, Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. will unveil the TOKYO FOOD LAB, an innovative hub for sharing and experiencing the culinary technologies and cultures of Japan. Located in the Yaesu area near Tokyo Station, this facility aims to foster a deeper understanding of food through collaborative projects and pop-up restaurants.
SHOKU-TABI Project
As the inaugural project, the TOKYO FOOD LAB has partnered with CLUB RED, a community of young chefs, to launch “SHOKU-TABI,” which means “Food Journey.” This initiative will spotlight various regions across Japan, showcasing their unique ingredients and culinary traditions. Each week, chefs associated with CLUB RED will curate dishes in a series of pop-up restaurants, offering patrons a unique dining experience.
