Rebranding Clara to CLALABO: A New Era for Otaku Fitness Welcomes Everyone

CLALABO: A New Chapter for Otaku Fitness

In a significant shift within the fitness industry, Clara, a unique personal gym tailored for otaku women, has officially rebranded itself as CLALABO, effective November 20, 2025. This change is not only a transformation in name but marks a broader vision to promote health and wellness among a diverse group of enthusiasts, including men. With this new identity, the gym aims to enhance its service offerings, reinforcing its mission to foster a healthy lifestyle among otaku around the globe.

Embracing All Otaku

The rebranding of Clara to CLALABO comes as a result of numerous requests from clients who expressed a desire for a gym that accommodates men. Recognizing the importance of inclusivity, the gym’s management decided to welcome male customers at select locations, allowing for a diverse community of fitness enthusiasts to come together. The new name CLALABO symbolizes a laboratory (lab) where individuals can refine and enjoy themselves through training, making it an inviting place for everyone.

Locations Welcoming Male Members

Starting immediately, the CLALABO gym located in Ikebukuro A Studio and Tenjin Studio have opened their doors to male patrons.

  • - Ikebukuro A Studio: Located at 1-14-2 Minami-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, in the Refugio I North building, suite 301.
  • - Tenjin Studio: Situated in Fukuoka at 1-9-2 Kego, Chuo-ku, within the MODERN PALAZZO KEGO SUN, room 203.

While these studios welcome all otaku, locations like Ikebukuro C Studio, Akihabara Studio, and Shinsaibashi Studio will remain exclusive to female patrons, ensuring that privacy and comfort are upheld for those who prefer it.

Additionally, online training sessions remain available for all genders, allowing greater flexibility and accessibility for participants.

Exciting News for New Members

To celebrate the rebranding, CLALABO is launching an enticing promotional campaign where the admission fee of 33,000 yen is waived for all new members. Furthermore, trial sessions and consultations will be offered completely free of charge, encouraging potential members to experience the services without commitment.

Fresh Online Presence and Iconic Characters

Alongside the rebranding, CLALABO has also revitalized its official website, which can be accessed at clalabogym.com. The updated site features striking visuals, including twin character mascots, 'Lemon' and 'Lime,' designed by the celebrated illustrator Kinako. These characters will serve as a representation of the gym's dual commitment to fitness and the vibrant otaku culture.

Kinako's Notable Contributions

Kinako is renowned for her character designs in various popular franchises, including 'Touken Ranbu' and 'Paradox Live.' Her artwork brings an engaging aesthetic to CLALABO, enhancing the gym's brand identity while appealing to a wider audience.

Commitment to Wellness

As CLALABO embarks on this promising journey, it remains committed to being a personal gym that supports the mental and physical health of all otaku, regardless of gender. By nurturing a sense of community and well-being through careful training and nutrition guidance, CLALABO aims to ensure that each visitor feels empowered in their fitness journey.

In conclusion, CLALABO is excited to welcome everyone and looks forward to contributing to the health and happiness of a diverse range of otaku. As they evolve, the staff and trainers are dedicated to providing innovative fitness solutions, fostering a supportive environment where every individual can thrive.
