Chemotox's newly-developed technique consolidates these two methods, allowing for both maximum power output measurements and IV characteristics to be evaluated in a streamlined process. This not only enhances accuracy but also reduces measurement time, achieving a time savings of about 50% in certain cases by integrating the sweeping process of the IV characteristics.

Furthermore, this innovative approach addresses a known limitation of traditional IV measurements, where results can be inconsistent due to directional sweeps not aligning with the maximum power point value determined by MPPT. With successful integration, the new method promises reliable measurements for perovskite solar cells, enhancing overall efficiency in testing.
