After being harvested, these beans arrived in Japan in July 2025 and underwent a meticulous roasting process in local factories. This process, known as "Fragrant Roasting," aims to extract maximum aroma, utilizing a high-temperature, short-time roasting method that quickly breaks down the cell structure of the beans to release more aromatic compounds into each cup of coffee.
