He served as the Head of Product Marketing in Germany from 2011 to 2016, where he developed key strategies that enhanced product visibility and market penetration. Subsequently, between 2016 and 2019, he took charge of product management for compact car lines, an experience that solidified his expertise in the automotive sector.

His notable tenure at FAW-Volkswagen in China, from 2019 to 2022, positioned him as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and User Operations, where he played a critical role in tailoring Volkswagen's approach to the Asian market.

During the years 2022 to 2023, Zarge worked as the Sales Director for the Volkswagen Passenger Cars Brand in Germany and subsequently took responsibility for global pricing strategy planning across Volkswagen models.
