The focus of this acquisition is approximately 3,700 wireless sites managed under a joint venture known as Infracos, where both Bouygues Telecom and SFR equally share stakes. This strategic acquisition is forecasted to bolster PTI's portfolio within France to nearly 10,000 sites, enhancing their capacity to deliver exceptional connectivity across the nation.

PTI's venture into the French market began in 2020 with an ambitious goal: to support the development of mobile networks in underprivileged rural areas strictly connected to the New Deal initiative.
