Haneda International Junior High School's 2026 Opening
On April 19, 2023, Haneda International Junior High School held its first-ever kickoff meeting as part of the school's preparations for its opening in April 2026. Approximately 500 attendees, including students and their parents, participated in this significant event. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who joined us for the occasion.
The school principal, Yuichiro Kanno, began the meeting with a warm welcome and introduced the new school's concept. Following this, Takuya Ie, the leader of the WINGS program, presented the unique educational framework that will be central to Haneda International’s teaching methodology. Additionally, representatives from different educational departments discussed the school's glocal education approach, which emphasizes both global and local engagement.
Participants also enjoyed activities led by native teachers, highlighting the school's commitment to international representation in its educational environment. A standout moment of the meeting was the middle school uniform fashion show, which showcased high school students as models and received enthusiastic feedback from the audience.
As the event came to a close, attendees were invited for a tour of the newly completed South Building, marking the end of a successful kickoff meeting.
Upcoming School Introduction Sessions
Continuing the momentum from the kickoff meeting, Haneda International Junior High School is excited to announce a series of upcoming school introduction sessions. The second round of information sessions is scheduled for June 14 and July 5, 2023. During these sessions, attendees can learn more about the school’s new concept, educational content, and campus facilities, in addition to receiving the latest brochures and details about the entrance examinations.
