Originally from the United Kingdom, Dr. Cason completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, with a minor in Business Administration and Pharmacology, at the University of Vermont. He graduated with honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2017, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. During his studies, he was awarded a competitive scholarship through the United States Army, showcasing his commitment to serving others.

Upon completing his dental education, Dr. Cason underwent a rigorous residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. This institution is renowned for its outstanding surgical training programs and is the only Level I Trauma Center operated by the Department of Defense. His remarkable performance as Chief Resident and scoring in the 96th percentile on the nationally recognized Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery In-Service Training Examination (OMSITE) further attest to his readiness and capabilities in the field.

Dr. Cason was appointed Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, where he had the opportunity to practice a wide array of surgical procedures while leading an accomplished team. In addition to his clinical work, he served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the F. Hébert School of Medicine, where he mentored over 30 residents through their Educational programs in Dentistry. In 2025, he was honored with induction as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), a mark of excellence in surgical leadership and practice.

His surgical proficiency encompasses a wide range of procedures including dental implants, complex wisdom tooth extractions, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, TMJ surgery, facial trauma reconstruction, and many facial cosmetic procedures. Moreover, Dr. Cason has specialized training in IV sedation and general anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgeries.

Away from his professional life, Dr. Cason cherishes moments spent with his wife, Kaila, and their two children, highlighting the importance of family alongside his medical career.
