HOPE Therapeutics to Conduct Investor Workshop

HOPE Therapeutics, Inc., a subsidiary of NRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRXP), has announced an upcoming investor workshop exclusively for qualified institutional investors. Scheduled to take place at the prestigious Mar-A-Lago Club during the week of January 6, 2025, this event aims to provide insights into the company's strategic plans regarding acquisitions and the expansion of its network of interventional psychiatry practices, which focus on treating conditions like suicidal depression and PTSD.

In recent communications, HOPE Therapeutics revealed its intentions to acquire and integrate clinics that are poised to generate a revenue run-rate exceeding $100 million in 2025. The targeted acquisitions include mature patient populations that already offer multimodal care, incorporating innovative treatment methods like ketamine therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Key executives from HOPE Therapeutics will lead the workshop. Jonathan Javitt, MD, MPH, who serves as the Chairman and Co-CEO of HOPE, along with David Feifel, MD, PhD, the company's designated Chief Medical Innovation Officer, will address attendees. They are expected to deliver a comprehensive corporate update and engage in a Q&A session focused on the upcoming clinic acquisitions and the overall vision for HOPE Therapeutics.

The workshop will be held at a time that will be disclosed to qualified participants prior to the event. To ensure attendance, prospective participants must meet the criteria set out by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, which define a qualified institutional investor as an organization capable of committing a minimum of $5 million toward secured acquisition funding.
