This annual event promises to elevate your everyday dining experience to an extraordinary level, featuring an impressive array of gourmet dishes crafted with high-quality Japanese black Wagyu beef. With a diverse selection ranging from Japanese to Western and Chinese cuisines, the fair showcases the rich flavors and textures that only the finest Wagyu can offer.

Hotel New Otani prides itself on its meticulous selection process for Wagyu beef. The hotel’s chefs embark on journeys across Japan to source only the best-quality Wagyu, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Notable selections include Ozaki beef, Kobe beef, and the award-winning Kagoshima Black beef, which has clinched top honors at the prestigious Wagyu Olympics, held every five years. Typically, they offer between six to eight different types of Wagyu, each prepared to maximize its unique flavor and texture.
