The first offering under the Digital e-Gift service will be Google Play gift codes. Customers can easily purchase these codes through the dPayment app, utilizing their usual payment methods. The process is straightforward:
1. Open the dPayment App: Users start by launching their dPayment app and locating the "Mobile Order" section where they will find the Google Play gift code icon.
2. Select the Amount: In the Digital e-Gift section, customers can choose their desired amount for the gift code and make the payment through dPayment.
3. Complete Your Purchase: After the transaction is completed, users receive a code via the order completion page or email, which can be redeemed by tapping on "Use Code."

To utilize this service, customers must have their payment method set up with the dCard or cash balance within the app. Notably, dPoints cannot be used for these transactions.

Benefits of the Digital e-Gift Service

InComm Japan aims to enhance user experience with the introduction of the Digital e-Gift service. Customers will earn 0.5% in dPoints on every purchase, with an additional 0.5% back if they use a dCard for payment, totaling a 1% reward on eligible transactions. However, it's important to note that the points earned through the dCard payment feature are subject to specific limitations such as usage conditions and expiration dates.

The cap for monthly purchases is set at 50,000 yen, which may be subject to change without notice.
