On September 22, 2025, Okayama University will organize its fourth seminar focusing on asset management and inheritance at the Tsushima Campus. This seminar will take place in the 50th Anniversary Memorial Hall at Okayama University’s Tsushima Campus, and it will start at 1:30 PM, with registration opening at 1:00 PM. The two-part seminar will cover essential themes.

Part 1: Asset Formation for a Second Life


The first segment, titled "Asset Formation for a Second Life", will emphasize financial planning considerations necessary for a fulfilling retirement. Attendees will be guided on how to prepare financially to ensure a comfortable lifestyle post-retirement.

Part 2: Smooth Inheritance Process


In the second segment titled "Towards a Smooth Inheritance", experts will explain the necessary actions to take upon the occurrence of inheritance, along with strategies for effective inheritance planning. This will help participants understand how to navigate the potential complexities that come with asset transfer after an individual's passing.

Participants may choose to attend only one of the two segments based on their interests. Additionally, individual consultations with advisors from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank will be available following the seminar, providing an opportunity to ask personalized questions regarding financial concerns.
