A Positive User Experience



Interestingly, when asked about drawbacks associated with same-day credit card issuance, 62.9% of participants reported not experiencing any significant disadvantages. For those who did report challenges, some noted lower reward rates (12.5%) and limited credit limits (10.5%). Others found the application process to be more cumbersome than anticipated (8.9%).

Kokomola's survey was conducted via internet research using the Freezy platform. It involved responses from 248 participants, including 159 males and 89 females, who had successfully obtained a same-day credit card. The survey ran from July 30 to August 4, 2025, encompassing respondents from across the nation.

Participants were also asked what they paid special attention to when applying for same-day cards. Notably, 30.2% mentioned applying through a store, while 25% did so online. The significance of ensuring all application details were accurate was highlighted by 23.4%, indicating that users are conscientious about the information they provide. A proactive approach in preparing necessary documents was also noted by 14.5% of respondents.
