RNR Tire Express Hosts Annual Mother's Day Giveaway
RNR Tire Express, a leading retailer in tires and custom wheels, recently celebrated the 10th edition of its Mother's Day Giveaway, bringing joy and appreciation to deserving mothers in Florida, Louisiana, and Virginia. The initiative allowed community members to nominate mothers with inspiring stories, and this year saw an overwhelming response with over 12,000 submissions from 31 participating stores across the country.
Among the winners were Katelynn Webber from Brandon, FL, Roquila Brown from Bossier City, LA, and Salina Pugh from Suffolk, VA. Each mother was awarded a brand-new vehicle—two received 2026 Buick Envista models, while Pugh drove home in a 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer. This event not only recognizes the hardworking and selfless nature of mothers but also showcases how their contributions significantly impact their families and communities.
Katelynn Webber, a behavioral specialist and mother of an autistic son, was nominated by her co-worker and friend, Cassie. Cassie described Katelynn as deeply invested in helping not only her son but also other children facing similar challenges. Katelynn has even authored a children’s book tailored for kids with autism and is currently pursuing a PhD in behavioral neuroscience. The surprise moment when she received her new car was captured on video, showcasing the emotional impact of this gesture, as Katelynn was accompanied by her 5-year-old son on this momentous occasion.
Roquila Brown, nominated by her son, received her Buick Envista amidst family support. As a single mother of three, including a daughter with a serious heart condition and a son on the autism spectrum, Roquila’s journey has been marked by resilience and determination. Despite facing various hardships, including financial struggles and the recent loss of transportation, she continues to prioritize her children’s needs, making her a perfect representative of the spirit of motherhood that RNR seeks to honor.
On June 4th, Salina Pugh was presented with her new Chevrolet Trailblazer at an RNR location in Suffolk. Salina expressed profound gratitude to her family, her nominator, and RNR for this incredible opportunity, which highlights the often overlooked sacrifices mothers make.
"I'm beyond grateful to my family, Cassie, and the RNR team for this incredible gift and for shining a light on mothers like me," said Katelynn Webber, reflecting on her rewarding journey as a mother and caregiver. "Being a mom can be overwhelming, and sometimes you don't realize how much of yourself you give. But I wouldn't trade motherhood for anything. This is truly a Mother's Day gift I will never forget."
Each of the participating RNR stores also honored additional deserving mothers by offering complimentary sets of tires, reinforcing the company's commitment to community engagement and support. Adam Sutton, CEO of DX3 Brands and RNR Tire Express, stated that the stories submitted not only inspire but also remind everyone of the extraordinary sacrifices mothers make daily. The company continues to champion this vibrant tradition, illustrating the immense value and impact of mothers on a broader scale.
