This November, Sillage, a modern bistronomy restaurant that recently opened in Shirokane Takawana, invites you to indulge in two unique special dinner events. Embracing the art of fermentation and seasonal ingredients, Sillage has quickly garnered praise for its creative and heartfelt dishes since its opening on October 3rd.

An Evening with Master Chefs from Lyon


On November 15th, a one-night-only collaboration titled "Sillage × Lyon — Rencontre de Trois Chefs" will take place, featuring acclaimed masters from Lyon: Sébastien Bouillet and Christophe Paucod. These culinary artisans will join Sillage's own chef, Kazuki Munetada, in crafting a spectacular dining experience centered around Lyon's rich culinary traditions.

This exquisite evening promises to blend classic French techniques with contemporary creativity, offering guests an unforgettable taste of Lyon's gastronomic essence. Guests can look forward to a meticulously curated multi-course menu, reflecting the harmony of flavors, aromas, and artistry.

On November 28th, Sillage will host a special dinner focusing on the pairing of exquisite French cuisine with premium sake from Wazakura Brewery, based in Chiba. This event will be a deep dive into the intricate world of flavors, where Chef Munetada will create seasonal dishes that harmonize perfectly with selected sakes, unveiling the possibilities of sake in modern dining.

Join Us for the Winter Menu


From December 1st, a new winter menu will be launched, celebrating seasonal ingredients and rich flavors that resonate with the essence of the season. This includes a special Christmas menu available from December 20 to 25, featuring dishes like baked foie gras, delicate fish en croûte, and expertly aged wagyu beef, designed to create memorable moments during the holiday season.
