Suit Up 2025 Campaign: Support Local Businesses in the Chubu Region

The Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign: Empowering Chubu Region Businesses

In a bid to promote productivity among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Chubu region, Suits Inc. is excited to announce the 40th installment of its 'Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign'. This initiative specifically targets SMEs and startups in Shizuoka, Yamanashi, Nagano, Aichi, and Gifu prefectures with less than 100 employees.

Campaign Overview

Running from October 7 to October 17, 2025, this campaign offers a 20% discount on premium plans for businesses that submit an inquiry through the Suit Up contact form and subsequently sign up for a paid plan before December 2025. Interested businesses can apply via the contact form on the Suit Up website. In the 'Inquiry Details' section, applicants are encouraged to specify their interest in the 'Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign' to qualify for the discount.

Our simulations suggest significant cost reductions—specifically, for a company with 30 employees, daily 8-minute progress checks between supervisors and subordinates could cost up to ¥1.19 million monthly over 20 business days. By implementing effective task management solutions, these costs can be greatly mitigated through better visibility and streamlining of team tasks.

However, recent research conducted by Nulab indicates that current task management practices within SMEs primarily rely on individual tools like email, handwritten notes, and business chat applications instead of specialized team management tools. This includes 31.2% using email/calendars, 30.6% relying on handwritten notes, and only 11.7% utilizing dedicated task management tools, showcasing a clear need for innovation in team collaboration.

Suits Inc. firmly believes that the first step towards elevated labor productivity in these enterprises is adopting team task management systems. Hence, the 'Suit Up 2025 Local Support Campaign' aims to encourage SMEs to transition from outdated methods to more accessible and efficient digital tools for managing teamwork.
