Exciting Drone Racing Competition
At the heart of this championship is a thrilling drone racing competition that highlights the innovative use of the domestically produced IBIS2 Assist drones specifically designed for maneuvering in tight spaces. Participants will include teams from JR East's inspection departments and various companies that utilize these drones in their operations. Each team will showcase their skills and compete fiercely for bragging rights.
Race Format
The drone racing will comprise two main competitions:

JR East Group Challenge Cup (June 7)
- Teams from JR East's inspection and construction departments will participate in a tournament format.

IBIS2 Master Cup (June 8)
- Eight teams from diverse industries, all employing the IBIS2 in their business operations, will challenge each other in a knockout tournament.
Race Course Design
Racers will navigate a uniquely designed course, inspired by a train station. Drones will skillfully fly through spaces mimicking ceilings and floors, culminating in an exciting finish where they must touch an actual ticket gate with a Suica card. This futuristic urban landscape is designed to visualize the integration of drones into urban environments.
