Therme Group Set to Launch Asia's First State-of-the-Art Wellness Destination in Singapore
In a significant move for urban wellness, Therme Group has been awarded a contract to develop Asia's first ultra-modern wellness oasis at the Marina South coastal area in Singapore. This milestone project, valued at approximately S$1 billion, will not only mark Therme Group's inaugural venture in Asia but will also become a cornerstone for community wellness in the region.
The development, comprising a massive 4-hectare site next to the Marina Barrage and the well-known Gardens by the Bay, aims to integrate water, nature, and architecture to foster holistic wellbeing in urban living. As envisioned, the facility will welcome nearly 2 million visitors annually, with around half expected to be international tourists, thus infusing the local economy with a significant boost in tourism.
