This facility, known as "The House That Bill Built," is a key production site that supplies Sliders to retail locations across the country.

Before joining White Castle, Joseph dedicated over 15 years to Concessions International, a food and beverage company, where he served as general counsel and later as president. Besides his corporate achievements, he is actively involved in the community, having served on various boards, including the National Restaurant Association and Columbus State Community College. His dedication to social causes is also notable as he was a member of the Peace Corps.

On a personal note, Joseph is a proud father of two college-aged children and an enthusiastic supporter of Liverpool FC. He takes pride in spending quality time with his wife, Leslie, enjoying life outside of his professional commitments.
