Global Banking School Achieves Top Satisfaction Ratings in National Student Survey 2026

Global Banking School Sees Outstanding Results in National Student Survey

In a remarkable achievement, the Global Banking School (GBS) has once again outperformed the UK higher education sector in the National Student Survey (NSS) 2026. This survey highlights GBS's unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional student experience across seven key areas evaluated by the survey. Released by the Office for Students, the NSS 2026 results underscore GBS's focus on high-quality teaching, robust academic support, and student success indicators that have consistently revealed high levels of student satisfaction.

Receiving responses from 6,488 students this year—an increase of 1,087 from the previous year—GBS gained a more comprehensive understanding of student experiences. This data arrives just in time for the school's graduation ceremonies across Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, and London, where 6,000 graduates are completing their studies in fields critical to the UK economy, including construction management, digital technology, and health and social care.

The NSS results for GBS indicated that students rated their satisfaction at a remarkable 92.9% in both Teaching in My Course and Academic Support, setting GBS apart from national averages. In commenting on the survey results, James Kennedy, CEO of GBS, said, "We are incredibly proud of these results and what they signify. They reflect the dedication of our students and the commitment of our academic and professional services staff. Together, we focus on providing an exceptional student experience."

Further celebrating the graduation ceremonies this month in major UK cities adds symbolic meaning to these results as students clearly recognize the quality of their education at GBS. Kennedy added that while these results warrant celebration, they also motivate the institution to listen to student feedback and continuously elevate every facet of their educational approach and support systems.

GBS continues to offer flexible, career-oriented higher education programs tailored to meet the needs of today's students, many of whom balance their studies with jobs, family responsibilities, and managing their businesses. By providing industry-relevant courses across campuses in London, Birmingham, Leeds, and Manchester, GBS plays a pivotal role in expanding access to higher education while equipping students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in their professional careers.

The NSS 2026 results reinforce GBS's commitment to delivering an exceptional student experience and its ongoing endeavor to enhance teaching quality, learning opportunities, and student support.
