NexPro and Partners Unite at Japan IT Week to Combat BtoB Challenges

Joining Forces at Japan IT Week

The upcoming Japan IT Week【Autumn】 Marketing Expo, scheduled from October 22nd to 24th, 2025, at Makuhari Messe, is set to witness a unique collaboration among five innovative companies in the BtoB sector. NexPro, along with One Marketing, Immedio, PartnerProp, and SYSLEA, will present a unified booth under the theme "BtoB Sales Marketing Quest." This engaging theme invites attendees to embody heroes on a quest to battle the "challenge monsters" that hinder growth in BtoB enterprises, demonstrating practical strategies to maximize sales.

Purpose of the Exhibition

This initiative sees five companies coming together to spotlight the various impediments faced in the BtoB arena, such as data fragmentation, inefficient sales activities, and overly-personalized operations — the real "monsters" of the industry. Addressing these challenges often requires collaborative approaches that single companies cannot tackle alone.

With this context, NexPro aims to streamline webinar management, One Marketing assists in rebuilding marketing strategies, Immedio automates lead conversion, PartnerProp enhances partner sales visibility, and SYSLEA offers AI-powered support for sales conversations, all working in tandem to create an immersive adventure for visitors. Here, attendees can leverage the collective solutions from these five companies as if harnessing the power of a guild in a quest.

Exhibition Highlights: "BtoB Sales Marketing Quest"

At the booth, each company will showcase its unique solutions through imaginative "monster slaying" tasks:

  • - NexPro will tackle the labor-intensive "Manual Goblin" by automating its processes.
  • - One Marketing will vanquish the "Silo Path," which causes system fragmentation.
  • - Immedio will confront the lead engagement monster, dubbed the "Meeting Tornado."
  • - PartnerProp will visualize the ghostly presence of unseen activities, the "Invisible Ghost."
  • - SYSLEA will free participants from being bound to their notes by combating the "Memo Train."

In addition to these engaging experiences, the booth will feature a total of 20 monsters representing relatable real-world business challenges, allowing visitors to navigate through and discover practical solutions.

Special Program: The "Book of Wisdom" Seminar

Further enhancing this experience, a special seminar titled “The Three Books of Wisdom” will be presented by Ryota Kaiichi, representative of One Marketing. This session will draw from real-world knowledge and practical insights to guide participants in their BtoB marketing strategies.

1. Book of Wisdom 1: Identifying Ideal Clients - Targeting and Persona Setting Workshop
2. Book of Wisdom 2: Transforming Data into a Weapon - Data Management via MA/SFA Utilization Workshop
3. Book of Wisdom 3: Visualizing Results - KPI Design and Effect Measurement in BtoB Marketing Workshop
