This year's highly anticipated event will bring together renowned icons from the global fashion scene alongside innovative Latino designers and local Miami talent, reinforcing Miami's status as a premier hub for international fashion.
A Celebration of Creativity
According to Lourdes Fernandez-Velasco, the executive director of Miami Fashion Week, "Miami Fashion Week is a meeting point for creativity and opportunities." The event aims to inspire collaboration and innovation while showcasing fashion as an essential force for cultural development and sustainability. The official opening of the week kicks off on Monday, October 20, with a press conference held at the Freedom Tower of Miami Dade College—a structure that represents Miami's rich cultural heritage and vibrant creative energy.

MIAFW has an exciting schedule lined up:
- - Tuesday, October 21: Join Beatriz de la Cámara at Mr. C Miami at 3 PM, followed by Sitka Semsch at Shops at Merrick Park at 6 PM.
- - Wednesday, October 22: The MIAFW Summit takes place at the Miami Fashion Institute at Miami Dade College from 9 AM to 6 PM, themed "The Future of Fashion is Built Here." Esteemed designers including Nicole Miller, Naeem Khan, and Angel Sanchez will participate, concluding with the first-ever digital fashion show by the Institute.
- - Thursday, October 23: Experience the Miami Fashion Week Gala along with a fashion show by Naeem Khan at the Queen Miami Beach from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, an appealing event that supports the Miami Fashion Institute.
- - Friday, October 24: The artistic showcase continues with Brenda Noy at 5:30 PM and Jenny Polanco at 7 PM at the Gary Nader Art Center.
- - Saturday, October 25: The final day features performances by Yenny Bastida at 6:30 PM and Jhoan Sebastian Grey at 8 PM at the Gale Miami Hotel Residences.
