At the HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 conference held in Shanghai, Leo Chen, Huawei's Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, unveiled an exciting new initiative: the partner support system known as SCALE. This initiative is designed to enhance collaboration with partners, helping them facilitate the smart transformation journey of their customers, transitioning from small pilot projects to large-scale implementations.

During his keynote titled "Expanding Smart Technologies for Industry Success," Chen emphasized the accelerating pace of the intelligence era, outlining Huawei's commitment to addressing real business challenges through effective partnerships. He stated, "We aim to empower our partners with the resources they need to excel, enabling them to leverage their unique strengths and assist customers in advancing from building computational infrastructure to deploying intelligent applications."

The Challenges Partners Face

Accenture, integrating advanced technologies into various industries is not without its challenges. Chen outlined five key hurdles that partners often encounter, including system development, integration verification, solution provision, operational maintenance, and collaborative efficiency. To counter these issues, Huawei's SCALE support system offers a comprehensive range of solutions that includes scenario-based assistance, joint innovation opportunities, aligned marketing efforts, local services, consistent quality, and collaborative strategies.

Scenario-Based Solutions

Huawei provides open and easily integrable core products for artificial intelligence. These products empower partners to swiftly develop novel solutions across sectors such as computational performance and data security. The new SMECE solutions and AI frameworks for data center virtualization (DCS) are specifically designed to help partners convert their industry insights into operational intelligent solutions. With this infrastructure in place, Huawei partners have successfully developed over 100 scenario-based solutions across eight critical industries, effectively accelerating the adoption of AI.

Collaborative Innovations

In a bid to facilitate effective replication of proven success stories, Huawei introduces reference architectures and validation environments. Made available for 48 high-value scenarios, these architectures assist partners in creating solutions, setting up testing environments, developing applications, and conducting debugging validations. Moreover, Huawei’s OpenLab cloud environment provides a unified interface and development tools to streamline the solution process.

Huawei is dedicated to aiding partners in understanding customer needs and effectively marketing new systems by showcasing verified solutions that address real-world problems. This collaboration results in various customer-focused solutions, showcased through industry-specific references, demonstrations, and effective market placements. Already, Huawei and its partners have over 130 successful project references worldwide.

Localized Services and Consistent Quality

To ensure that partners can deliver services of similar or equal quality to Huawei's standards, the company is expanding its local service capabilities. By offering access to Huawei’s resources, tools, and expertise, as well as talent development and certification programs, Huawei aims to elevate partner service delivery. Over the past three years, more than 50,000 AI professionals have undergone training under these initiatives.
