The Women’s Hospital, in addition, has completely renovated its Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) suites, aiming to create a supportive, spa-like atmosphere for new mothers. These suites feature lavender-scented towels, celebratory brunches for moms, and specially equipped birthing tubs. It’s worth noting that the clinical outcomes are promising, maintaining a cesarean birth rate of 23.2% for first-time, low-risk mothers, which exceeds national standards.
Meanwhile, Orange Coast Medical Center has enhanced its offerings, providing lactation classes in multiple languages, including Vietnamese and English, to cater to a diverse group of women.
