The upcoming training will include diverse programs: participants will experience earthquake simulations using a shaking vehicle, smoke escape drills, first aid training, standpipe exercises, and fire extinguishing drills. Mobimaru will showcase a specialized disaster kitchen car featuring meals made with alpha rice—an emergency food product provided by Shinagawa Ward. The menu will consist of three items: roast beef bowl, diced steak bowl, and taco rice. Residents participating in the drill and completing surveys will receive these meals for free. This initiative is a first for Mobimaru, demonstrating a commitment to collaborating with municipalities and disaster-related events to innovate food offerings in disaster situations.
