Discover the Elegance of Japanese Chocolates at BEL AMER Isetan Shinjuku Store

Experience Authentic Japanese Chocolates at BEL AMER Isetan Shinjuku

On May 20, 2026, the BEL AMER Isetan Shinjuku store will be celebrating its refreshing reopening, located on the basement level of Isetan Shinjuku's main building, at "Café et Sucré." This venue is dedicated to showcasing chocolates that embody the delicate artistry and aesthetic sensibility that Japan is renowned for.

Founded in 2003, BEL AMER has continuously pursued the art of chocolate-making that resonates with Japan's seasons and climate. The name itself reflects beauty and bitterness—“BEL” means beautiful, and “AMER” stands for bitter in French. At BEL AMER, our mission is to deliver happiness and surprise through our chocolates, emphasizing the unique characteristics of these beautifully bitter confections.

In tune with the unique Japanese climate, our chocolatiers refine both the texture and flavor of our chocolates meticulously, crafting each piece with exceptional care. Our product range includes fresh cakes, baked goods, and various chocolates, all highlighting the distinct charm of Japanese chocolate.
