This private villa, equipped with its own sauna, will offer a one-of-a-kind escape surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of Nasu. The official opening is scheduled for July 2025, and ahead of this, they are holding an exclusive preview event for media representatives and influencers.

The Event

The preview event allows select media personnel to experience a complimentary stay and sauna usage before the villa's official opening. Attendees will be treated to a 140-square-meter luxury villa, immersed in nature, that accommodates up to 12 guests (recommended for six) comfortably. Furthermore, for those interested, the villa functions as a workation-friendly environment, outfitted with Wi-Fi and workspace options available.

There are various activities lined up to provide a complete feel of what COCO VILLA Nasu Kogen will offer. The three activities include a guided villa tour, a sauna experience, and an overnight stay, available on select dates.

Limited to four groups each day.

2. Sauna Experience

- Dates: June 24, June 26
- Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Maximum of one group per experience, swimwear is required.

3. Free Overnight Stay

- Dates: June 27, June 28
- Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 AM the next day

Includes linens and amenities.
