Pregnancy Help 4 U Relocates to Fort Worth and Initiates Donation Matching Effort

Significant Expansion for Pregnancy Help 4 U

Pregnancy Help 4 U (PH4U) has officially moved to a new, larger facility located at 5407 Basswood Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas. This positive step forward signifies a new era in the organization’s commitment to providing crucial support for women and families in need. With a newfound focus on accessibility and improved service offerings, PH4U proudly marks this transition as an important milestone in their mission.

Serving the Community

In 2024 alone, Pregnancy Help 4 U has reached over 1,600 women, offering a range of free, life-affirming services. This includes essential resources during challenging times, aimed at empowering families facing unplanned pregnancies. The new facility is specifically designed to create a warm, welcoming environment, allowing PH4U to significantly enhance its outreach and support capabilities.

Launch of the Matching Donation Challenge

To commemorate their relocation, PH4U has introduced a Double Impact Matching Donation Challenge. This initiative invites community members to contribute, with every dollar raised being matched—up to a total of $15,000—thanks to the support of a dedicated PH4U partner. Running through the end of December 2024, the challenge serves to bolster funds, ensuring the continuation of vital free services like pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and parenting education.

Responding to Growing Needs

The necessity for comprehensive resources for women facing unplanned pregnancies in Texas has surged. PH4U responds to this critical need with a commitment to delivering thorough support. In the previous year, the organization provided a remarkable 1,284 pregnancy tests and 1,497 sonograms—tools to empower expectant parents with essential information. PH4U also distributed over 60,000 essential items, such as clothing and baby supplies, alleviating the challenges faced by single mothers and families, thereby embodying their commitment to life-affirming care.

Supporting Fathers as Well

Recognizing the importance of supporting fathers, PH4U offers tailored programs aiming to equip men with the resources and confidence required to be effective and engaged parents. These programs provide mentorship, education, and encouragement for dads preparing for fatherhood, reinforcing the agency’s holistic approach to family support.

Heartfelt Client Testimonials

One client recently expressed profound gratitude for the services received at PH4U: "I want to thank you for continuously checking up on me. The kindness you all showed me at the center has meant the world to me!! All of the gifts I received at the center for the parenting classes are such a huge help..." This sentiment reflects the core of PH4U's mission, which focuses on delivering hope and practical support during the most vulnerable moments.

Looking Ahead

Tonya Thomas, the Executive Director of Pregnancy Help 4 U, shared her excitement about the new opportunities the relocation presents: "We’re excited about the opportunities this new location provides and incredibly grateful for the support we've received. The Double Impact Matching Challenge is an incredible way for our community to come alongside us to expand our outreach and continue transforming lives."
