Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 - Extended 51-100 List



On November 18, 2025, Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants revealed its much-anticipated extended list of restaurants ranked from No.51 to No.100 for 2025. This year, the selection process was fueled by the votes of 300 industry experts, who showcased the vibrant and diverse culinary landscape across Latin America. This announcement leads up to the prestigious awards ceremony for the top 50 restaurants, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, which will take place on December 2, 2025, in Antigua, Guatemala.

The newly revealed list features 13 newcomers from 11 cities, with a notable debut from Shizen in Lima at No.62. São Paulo shines on the extended list with six entries, a significant increase from the previous year. Among them are five returning restaurants, along with the newcomer Cepa taking the 73rd spot. Other cities contributing newcomers include Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Panama City, and Santiago, each adding four new establishments to this year's rankings.

Pujol holds the 51st place for Mexico City, followed closely by Origem from Salvador at No.52. New entrants capturing attention include Umi (No.72) and Caleta (No.91) in Panama City, as well as Oseille (No.65) in Rio de Janeiro and Em (No.71) in Mexico City.
