The first activity under this initiative will occur at Odaiba Seaside Park, where a seagrass planting event is scheduled. This effort not only aims to restore underwater ecosystems but also to enhance public awareness about marine environmental conservation.

Application Process
The application for the seagrass planting session opens until November 14, 2025. Approximately 70 residents of Tokyo will be accepted to participate. Each applicant can bring one companion, and children under elementary school age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
