Sales Hack's reasons for the long summer break are twofold:

Through previous experiences, we've discovered that engaging with clients before or during public holidays often yields limited responses. Factors such as the absence of personnel during holidays or the rush to finish work before the break hinder profitable business interactions. Thus, we strategically align our breaks with industry patterns to maximize productivity.

2. Enhancing Work-Life Balance: With the recent hiring boost, our team has diversified across various age groups, genders, and living situations. Many employees are balancing work with caregiving or side jobs. Therefore, establishing a stress-free work environment where everyone can enjoy personal life is paramount. This long break is one of the measures we've adopted for this purpose.
