With over three decades of experience in client service, relationship management, business development, and marketing leadership, Clements is recognized for her proven ability to enhance client experiences and cultivate long-lasting relationships. In her new role at CS McKee, she will be instrumental in broadening the company's connections with clients and consultants, particularly within the Western region of the United States.
Clements, who will be based in Orange County, California, previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Washington Capital. In her former position, she spearheaded various marketing initiatives, managed significant client accounts, and led strategic growth efforts across the Western U.S. Her expertise is expected to provide a significant advantage to CS McKee, as the firm seeks to strengthen its client partnerships.

Academically, Clements holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Penn State University and has pursued additional studies in Economics at Golden State University. Moreover, she contributes to her alma mater by serving on the Penn State College of Liberal Arts Alumni Society Board.
