Her qualifications are extensive: Neal is certified in the Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing Program for Reading, Spelling, and Speech, a testament to her commitment to incorporating evidence-based strategies into her teaching. One of her proudest moments came when she helped guide a ninth-grade student improve from a fourth-grade reading level to achieving grade-level proficiency, igniting a newfound passion for reading in the student.
