BeeInventor Selected for High Growth Program
BeeInventor Inc., based in Fukuoka City and led by CEO Harry Chang, has been selected for the High Growth Program, a startup acceleration initiative launched by Fukuoka Growth Next (FGN). This program aims to support startups expected to grow into prominent companies in Fukuoka, marking a significant milestone for BeeInventor, especially as it is the only foreign startup to be chosen this year.
Understanding the High Growth Program
As part of its mission to position Fukuoka as a startup city on par with global contenders, the FGN is offering support not only to its resident companies but also to local enterprises chosen for their potential. The High Growth Program is a selective acceleration initiative designed to provide tailored support based on the unique needs of each participating startup.
Each year, approximately ten startups are accepted, with the current round having opened for applications in May, followed by rigorous document and interview evaluations. This program offers invaluable mentorship from venture capitalists (VCs), seasoned entrepreneurs, and specialists from various fields such as finance, HR, and intellectual property. Additionally, for startups in the fundraising phase, matching opportunities with VCs and financial institutions are enhanced, alongside support for business matchmaking and public relations efforts aimed at bolstering rapid growth.
BeeInventor’s Vision and Journey
During a recent ceremony, Fukuoka City Mayor Takashi Takashima presented a certificate of recognition to the 12 selected startups. In his address, Harry Chang expressed his pride in representing BeeInventor at such an important juncture. He highlighted the company's journey since establishing its Fukuoka office in 2022, where it has been inspired by the active innovation ecosystem and entrepreneurial spirit of the region.
Chang believes that their selection into this prestigious program is a testament to the power of their vision and the collective efforts of their global team. BeeInventor aims to leverage the excellent resources available in Fukuoka, establishing deeper partnerships while accelerating the development of solutions tailored to the construction and manufacturing industries.
Chang emphasized the idea that innovation knows no borders and views their selection as a symbol of Fukuoka's welcoming stance towards global talent and ideas. He expressed sincere gratitude to the city officials, partner companies, and supporters who believe in their mission and looks forward to creating positive changes through technology as part of the Fukuoka startup community.
Looking ahead, BeeInventor is committed to pursuing a safer, smarter, and more sustainable construction environment. They are thrilled about the opportunity to grow alongside others in Fukuoka and beyond, sharing successes for a brighter future.
