At the heart of this initiative is the installation of ECOMMIT’s resource circulation service called "PASSTO," which serves as a collection point for clothes and miscellaneous items at Hachioji Station.

This resource circulation project not only aims to streamline the collection of everyday items but also brings forth environmental consciousness among local residents.
