Surviving through both the Great Kanto Earthquake and the Tokyo air raids during World War II, these structures are not just places of stay but living testimonies to the history of Hongo. The upcoming event aims to delve into the inn's upcoming renovation plans, ensuring its preservation and adaptation as a community space.

Renowned speakers for the event include Naoshi Hosomi, representing the Hongo Architectural Design Institute, and Yasuyuki Okubo, the CEO of narrative.
