This innovative course will take place over four days, starting on November 9, 2025, and will be led by the talented Kurara Mito, a former member of the famous Takarazuka Revue.

Small Face Facial Yoga is a specialized yoga program designed to enhance the appearance of the face by training and moving the facial expression muscles correctly. By engaging seldom-used facial muscles, it offers support in revealing a natural and attractive smile. After a successful career in the Takarazuka Revue as a leading actress, she went on to obtain her RYT200 certification. Mito believes in the importance of acknowledging and enjoying the present self during her lessons, drawing from her own journey in yoga.
Mito is active as an RYT200 and RYT500 instructor and has participated in various yoga festivals and workshops, sharing her expertise widely. Her contributions to Yoga Journal Japan also showcase her commitment to the yoga community.
